AI Native (studies welcome)

You work with AI every day and you find your own way around it. You do not have to know how to program. What matters more is that you keep taking a problem apart until it makes sense, and that the first answer a model gives you is never the one you settle for.

Studying at university, curious about artificial intelligence, and after real practice rather than a classroom exercise? Then we are both reading the right advert.

What you will do

You will keep an eye on the AI. You will build the data that shows whether a model answers correctly, and you will find the places where it goes wrong. It sounds like a detail. In fact it decides whether an AI system is usable or merely looks good in a demo.

From there the road leads to client projects and to our own products. How fast is mostly up to you.

What we expect

• You finish what you start. What you do not know, you look up.
• You ask why. Knowing that something works is not enough for you.
• You know models from practice. You can tell where they can be trusted and where they cannot.
• You write precisely. Neither a model nor a colleague will guess what you meant.
• You can sit with detail. Finding one bad answer among a hundred good ones gets dull. There is no way around it.
